Mingo Way
With stunning sunsets and open water views, Waterbury's private drive was developed in 1923. Now known as Mingo Way, this quiet waterfront street was developed by the Sutton brothers. Five multi-generational families still own their cottages. As many as four generations are still enjoying these family vacation retreats.
