Sutton's Resort of Waterbury Summer Resort at Indian Lake, Ohio
As recorded on August 11th, 1925, W. Clifford Sutton and C. LeRoy Sutton dedicated Waterbury Summer Resort plat of the lots, streets and avenues to the public. By the 1950s, Waterbury Summer Resort was a popular destination for vacationers and rental cottages dotted the shoreline.
